Submission of proposals of special sessions is *open*, and can be sent until September 15th to IPMU 2018 email address (ipmu2018@uca.es).
We solicit proposals for special sessions within the technical scopes of the conference. Special sessions aim to bring together researchers focused in special, novel, challenging, and emerging and fast-developing topics.
Researchers interested in organizing special sessions are invited to email the following information in a single file to ipmu2018@uca.es.
• Title of Special Session
• Name of proposer(s)
• Email of main contact person
• Brief bio of proposers
• Brief description
• Related topics
• List of potential authors
Papers submitted for special sessions are to be peer-reviewed with the same criteria used for the regular sessions.
The deadline for submitting proposals has been set on September 15th, 2017.
We will offer a discount of 200€ over accommodation fees for special session organizers (if a session has more than one organizer the discount can be shared by all of them), provided that the reservation is made via the travel agency of the conference. Otherwise, the discount could be applied to the registration fee.
Each special session should have at least three papers, not including contributions of the organizers, in order to be definitely scheduled within the Conference.
